Mō mātou | About us
Te Kura Tātahi o Waihī | Waihī Beach School has played a pivotal role in the education of those in our community for over 100 years. We are a dedicated community of kaiako | teachers, ngā kaihāpai | support staff, whānau | families, who strive to create a positive and productive learning environment for children | tamariki. The kura resides in a geographical location that connects to stories from Te Whānau a Tauwhao and a pioneering settler population. Rachael Coll is the current principal and stands proud in the challenge of building on the past, as it shapes the present and future. We currently have two hundred and seventy tamariki enrolled and strive to support each and every learner to enable them to thrive.
