Supporting the school day
From breakfast before school to Monday lunches and care at the end of the day, there are a few options available to support our tamariki | children and whānau | families.
Breakfast Club
Our Breakfast Club runs every school day, giving tamariki | children the opportunity to start their day with breakfast at school.
Supported by volunteers from our community, it’s a welcoming place where children can eat, connect and settle into the day together.
Monday Lunches
Whānau | families can order Monday lunch from Kezza’s Food Truck, with orders delivered directly to school.
The menu changes each term, with a selection of lunch options available for tamariki | children to choose from. Order forms and the current menu are available from the school office, with orders due by the Thursday before Monday’s delivery.
After school & holiday care
Waihī Beach Kids Club provides after-school care and holiday programmes from its new location at Waimata School.
For after school care, transport is available directly from Te Kura Tātahi o Waihī | Waihī Beach School to Waimata School, with whānau | families collecting their children from Waimata School at the end of the day.
Kids Club operates independently from the school, so whānau | families can contact them directly for information about hours, availability, fees, transport and bookings.
